Nach meinen ersten 1000km, kann ich sagen das dieses Fahrrad meine Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Ich nutze es hauptsächlich für meinen Arbeitsweg (40km hin und zurück). Dabei hat es mich nie im stich gelassen. Ich kann es wirklich jeden wärmsten empfehlen.
Heel blij met de Tenways Ago X! Hij heeft veel power en ik vind het erg prettig dat je zelf ook nog lekker kunt schakelen. Tevens ook top voor gravel paden, daar heb je voldoende grip!

I like it, rides well, seems to have plenty of power to suit my commuting needs. The support is very consistent. Every PAS level gives support up to full speed. You can ride faster than 26 kmh using pure leg power, it does not try to slow you down but the weight of the bike makes it challenging to maintain a higher speed if you don't have the wind in your back. The battery seems to do well, I can go about 80 to 90 km on a charge using PAS levels 2 and 3. Some downsides for me are the noisy kickstand when riding over bumps and some other part on the front making noise on bumps but I cannot locate what part it is.

I bought my Tenways Ago X in November 2023. Since then I rode more than 4500 kms with it, so I am confident to say that this is a great bike. The bike is very sturdy but also has a lot of power so that big hills are not an issue if you put the electrical assistance to the maximum. The only downside is that it is a very heavy bike, so you cannot use it without the electrical assistance. In the past years I had some issues, including one related to the motor, but the support team was really helpful, they sent me a new motor and paid for the replacement done by a professional. Other small issues were also resolved quickly and without issues by the support. So overall I am really pleased with my purchase, I can (and already did to one of my colleagues) recommend it without worrying!
Nu zo’n 3 jaar onderweg met de AGO X, en ik ga hem inruilen. Enigzins met pijn in mijn hart, maar, sinds ik nu dagelijks, door weer en wind, aar mijn werk fiets moet ik toegeven dat dit geen alle-daagse fiets is. Ondanks dat hij lekker fietst en erg betrouwbaar is, val ik momenteel over de open kettingkast en het extra onderhoud van de schakelcasette als je ook bij nat weer gaat rijden. Daarnaast hebben de extra smeermomenten tot gevolg dat je broek ook sneller vies word aan de rechter broekspijp 😉 Dit is geen probleem van de fiets, integendeel, het is een kenmerk van een derailleur versnelling. Als je dagelijks, met goed en slecht weer rijd, dan is een gesloten kettingkast of een riem aan te raden. Desondanks, beste fiets so far ever owned.
Vorige week mijn AGO X classic mogen ontvangen na een zeer snelle levering. Installatie ging zeer makkelijk! Tijdens de eerste indruk valt meteen op hoe kwalitatief deze fiets aanvoelt. Ondertussen staat er 75km op de teller en wat rijd deze fiets fijn! Krachtige ondersteuning waardoor je zonder 1 druppel zweet op het werk aankomt. Ook ben ik ZEER tevreden over de communicatie met de helpdesk, je krijgt snel en correct antwoord. In mijn ogen de beste prijs/kwaliteit fiets die je kunt kopen. Ik raad het aan iedereen aan!
Ik ben ontzettend tevreden met mijn Tenways AGO X Classic. Vanaf het eerste moment voelt de fiets stevig, betrouwbaar en comfortabel aan. De bouwkwaliteit is duidelijk van hoog niveau en alles werkt soepel en doordacht. Wat mij vooral opvalt, is hoe krachtig en vloeiend de ondersteuning is. De motor reageert direct en natuurlijk, waardoor fietsen zowel in de stad als op langere afstanden erg prettig is. Ook op heuvelachtig terrein blijft de ondersteuning sterk en consistent. Daarnaast is het comfort een groot pluspunt. De zitpositie is prettig, de vering doet goed zijn werk en zelfs bij langere ritten blijf je ontspannen fietsen. De accu gaat bovendien lang mee, waardoor je je geen zorgen hoeft te maken over de actieradius. Ook de afwerking en het design zijn dik in orde; het is gewoon een mooie, moderne fiets die degelijk in elkaar zit. De enige minpunten van de Tenways AGO X Classic zijn dat er geen ringslot op de fiets te monteren is en dat het lastig is om een fietstas te vinden die goed op de bagagedrager past. Door de dikte van de bagagedrager zijn niet alle standaard fietstassen geschikt.
After quite a bit of research, I landed on the AGO X Classic. Bike came in 4 days, very well packed and with all accessories in the box. Even the necessary tools were in there! Assembly was a breeze. Riding the bike is a delight. The quality is great and the comfort too. Support of the mid motor is superb! Only gripe I have is that the speeds are a bit twichy. That can hopefully be fixed quite easily. In all, I highly recommend this bike to anyone! Kuddo's to Tenways!!
Den Kauf des AGO-X habe ich nie bereut. Ein sehr stabiles Rad, das mit ein paar Zusatzanbauten zu einem zuverlässigem Bike auch auf unwegsamen Terrain wird.
Snelle en vlotte levering, makkelijk samen te stellen. Rijdt super vlot... Een aanrader !

Nach jetzt über einem Jahr regelmäßiger Nutzung bin ich nach wie vor von den Fahreigenschaften überzeugt. Warum dann nur 4 Sterne? Frontbeleuchtung sollte überarbetet werden. Der Lichtkegel trifft zu früh auf die Straße und kann leider nicht justiert werden. Dies ist besonders bei völliger Dunkelheit (Wald) und bei Geschwindigkeiten > 30 km/h gefährlich.
Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Rad. Optimal wäre für mich ein Rimen Antrieb. Vielleicht beim nächsten Modell. Tenways gerne wieder.

Livraison 5/5: commandé le mardi après-midi reçu en France le vendredi matin. Design 5/5: vélo magnifique, excellente position de conduite, le petit plus: l'éclairage du cadre. Expérience sur la route: 4,5/5: maniable, freins efficaces, un petit bémol sur l'assistance qui semble se couper un peu avant 25km/h et peu efficace en position marche. Montage 4/5: la notice est peu explicite, la potence déjà montée n'était en fait pas serrée, il manquait une vis pour la fixation du garde boue avant. Fixation d'un antivol de cadre peu esthétique ( à l'arrière du porte bagage?). Autonomie 5/5
Malgré un début un peu compliqué avec une livraison incomplète et une pièce envoyée à la mauvaise adresse, tout est désormais réglé — et ça valait largement le coup ! Je peux enfin profiter pleinement de mon Ago X : un vélo puissant, très confortable et au design qui attire clairement les regards. Les performances sont au rendez-vous et le plaisir de conduite est immédiat

What a wonderfull bike. It accelerates very quickly, makes almost no noise en is smooth. Very stabel bike and it is a pleasure to ride it. Deffenitly a go to bike.

I could not be happier with the Ago X Special Edition, it is powerful, it has an incredible new design and it is very comfortable to drive. I also tried riding with a person sitting in the back and the bike rode with no problems. I would definitely recommend this bike.

Only a few weeks old but so far worth every penny. It's a super classy bike that is more like an SUV, goes through anything, powerful motor, comfortable ride, smooth operation.

Het was even zoeken met het in elkaar zetten van de fiets, met name het stuur en de kabels, maar al met al ging dit prima. Het is een zeer degelijke fiets, erg compleet en mooi. De motor werkt subliem. Er waren wat problemen met verzenden (schuld van Feddex) maar Tenways heeft dit echt enorm goed en snel voor mij opgelost, dat is pas service. Ik ga van deze fiets erg veel plezier beleven, top aankoop!

Das Ago X ist wirklich ein klasse Fahrrad. Der Motor hat ordentlich Power, die Qualität ist super, es sieht schick aus. Ich habe ein paar Kleinigkeiten zu kritisieren, daher einen Stern Abzug. 1. Beim Montieren des Vorderrades habe ich mich sehr schwer getan. Es kam immer zum schleifen und zu einem umrunden Lauf. Ich habe das Rad dann auf den Kopf gedreht, so ging es dann beim ersten Versuch. Das hätte gerne in der Anleitung stehen dürfen. 2. Die Anleitung ist nicht sehr gut. An einigen Stellen weiss man nicht für welche Schraube das angegebene Drehmoment gemeint ist. Hier wären grössere Fotos und farbige Markierungen gut. Auch war die Anleitung nur auf englisch und enthielt auch Schritte, die gar nicht nötig waren. 3. Das Montage Video dürfte viel länger und detaillierter sein. Vor allem bei meinem Problem mit dem Vorderrad, das scheinbar viele haben, wird nur auf die Anleitung verwiesen. Einen Pluspunkt gibt es von mir noch für den Support!

Ich liebe das Fahrrad.Ich habe das Fahrrad gekauft, um täglich zur Arbeit zu pendeln. Es ist ein sehr bequemes, leichtes Fahrrad; ich habe die Sonderedition in Olivgrün gekauft. Der Zusammenbau des Fahrrads war einfach. Ich muss allerdings erwähnen, dass ich Tenways wegen eines kleinen Problems kontaktieren musste, das aber sehr schnell und hilfsbereit gelöst wurde.Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden und würde jederzeit wieder ein Fahrrad von Tenways kaufen. Ich habe die Größe L gekauft ( Ich bin 1,76 cm groß) und es passt perfekt.

Twijfelde al langer over de AGO X, maar toen de special edition uitkwam met de groene kleur dacht ik: die moet ik hebben. Oprecht echt een fijne fiets die alle ondergronden aan kan. Krijg complimenten over de sportieve look en de mooie kleur(mosgroen). De eerste testen is die goed doorgekomen.

The bike is excellent! Smooth, fast, and responsive. I take my kid to school on it, so it can definitely handle all your city and pleasure activities. I do wish they would have an M size, though, it is a little big for my height at 168cm.

Das Rad fährt sich super, es ist mein zweites Tenways Bike. Die Lieferung ging in einem mega Tempo, Di bestellt und Do war es schon da. Der Auf-Zusammenbau ging dank der tollen Anleitung auch ganz einfach und Problemlos. Ich nutze es zum Pendeln vom Dorf in die Stadt, der Weg hat verschiedene Untergründe und auf jedem ist es ein angenehmes Fahrgefühl. Leichte Steigungen meistert das Rad spielend, die Gangschaltung ist sehr leichtgängig und auch ohne Unterstützung des Akkus fährt es sich toll. Weiter ao
