Why I can not use Klarna payment?

We accept Klarna in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, and Spain. Among them, Austria and Germany support the use of Klarna for instalment payments, up to 24 instalments. If you are from one of these countries but encounter an issue, please kindly contact Klarna customer support or support@tenways.com for help.
