Why don’t the subscription options appear after entering the order number?
Please ensure the email address used to confirm your Smart Connect subscription matches the one registered with the TENWAYS App. Only then will the subscription options appear in the App.
How can I activate my subscription if I forgot the email address that I registered with the TENWAYS App?
If you’ve forgotten the email address linked to your e-bike, you can unbundle the email address from your e-bike using the e-bike’s frame code. After that, you can register your e-bike with a new email address.
Can I get a refund for the Smart Connect subscription after the order is confirmed?
Refunds are only available if the service has not been used. Once any Smart Connect services have been used, you won’t be able to get a refund.

Will I receive a reminder before my subscription expires?
Yes, you will receive a weekly email reminder starting two months before your subscription expires. If you’ve registered a phone number, you will be sent weekly SMS reminders instead.
What will happen if I let the subscription expire?
After your subscription expires, you will have a 2-year pending period to renew it. If the subscription is not renewed during this time, you will lose access to the smart features of the TENWAYS Smart Connect module.
