The single-speed belt drive needs little day-to-day attention. It runs quietly and does not require regular lubrication like a traditional chain.
Can the CGO600 cover daily journeys on one charge?
The CGO600 offers up to 70 km of range, making it well suited to commuting, errands and everyday city rides.
Does the motor assistance feel natural?
The torque sensor adjusts the assistance to match your pedaling effort, creating a smooth and intuitive response when starting, accelerating and riding through traffic.
What should I do if my e-bike needs repair?
Always contact TENWAYS Support first at support@tenways.com for any repair needs. Our team offers flexible repair solutions to get your e-bike fixed as quickly and conveniently as possible.
We will begin by troubleshooting the issue and providing possible solutions. This may include sending replacement parts along with video installation guides, especially for electronic components such as the motor, battery, display, sensor, light, or controller.
If our support team determines it’s necessary, you may take your e-bike to:
•A local bike shop for repair or to install the replacement part.
•One of our certified support centers. However, you must book an appointment first—arriving without a booking will result in rejection by the support center.
Important:
1.Always contact TENWAYS Support first before taking any repair steps.
2.Because TENWAYS e-bikes use mostly standard components, they can be repaired at most local bike shops.
3.During the warranty period, TENWAYS will reimburse qualified labor costs for installing approved TENWAYS replacement parts at a local bike shop.
4.Always book your appointment before visiting a support center.
