How does it work?
- You can create an account on the JobRad Portal using the Company ID. If you already have an account, simply log in.
- Follow the instructions to place your order, and you will receive a binding offer once your order is confirmed.
- Once you receive the bike, you simply need to confirm the handover in the JobRad portal.

- Inform JobRad by clicking here.
- JobRad will contact your employer as soon as possible.
- Once your employer starts working with JobRad, you can follow the instructions above to lease an e-bike.

Why is JobRad more affordable than buying a bike directly?
JobRad helps you save in several ways. Since 2020, the “company bike” benefit in Austria has been tax-free and does not count as taxable income. From 2023, it also reduces the social security contribution base for employees earning below the maximum threshold, lowering monthly payroll taxes. Salary conversion further reduces taxable income. If the company is entitled to reclaim input VAT, employees also save on VAT. Additionally, if the employer covers part of the monthly cost, employee savings increase even more.
How does the JobRad model work?
Employees select their preferred company bike within the budget set by their employer. The employer leases the bike and provides it to the employee for use. A lease agreement covers the bike for 24, 36 or 48 months, based on the chosen term.

Can employees use a JobRad privately?
Yes, employees can use their JobRad for both work and personal purposes.
My employer set a budget, but the bike I want costs more. Can I pay the difference separately or buy a voucher?
Sorry, that’s not possible.
What happens after I confirm the offer in the JobRad portal?
Once you and JobRad have confirmed the offer, we receive the order approval and ship your bike. After it arrives, you simply confirm the handover in the JobRad portal to complete the process.
Do I have to pay for delivery when I lease an e-bike from JobRad?
Yes. The shipping fee for all e-bikes is 39€.
Can I make changes after the order is confirmed?
You can make any change you like until you, the customer, have confirmed the order in the JobRad Portal.
Can I add accessories to my JobRad order?
No, but you can purchase the accessories yourself here.
Can I add TENWAYS Insurance to my JobRad order?
No, it is not possible to add our insurance to the offer. JobRad has its own insurance against theft, accidents and damage, which is included in the leasing package.
How do I take delivery of the bike and activate the lease?
When your bike ships, we’ll notify you in the JobRad portal and send a shipping confirmation by email. After it arrives, you have five business days to check the bike and any accessories for defects and completeness. Then, confirm the handover in the JobRad portal.
Please note: the bike must not be used before you confirm the handover, and insurance coverage only begins after confirmation. Your lease starts on the 1st of the following month.
What happens if I want to return my TENWAYS e-bike?
Generally this is not possible. When you receive your bike, it is very important that you carefully inspect it for any imperfections or defects. If your bike was delivered damaged, please contact our customer service. An exchange for the same bike is possible in certain cases. You can find our return policy here.
I have already bought a e-bike from you. Can I use this order for leasing via JobRad?
Unfortunately, no. The only option here would be to cancel your order and place a new order through JobRad.
What is the return policy for leased e-bikes?
Once JobRad has confirmed your order, you cannot cancel or return it. However, we would be happy to assist you if there is an issue with your warranty, or if you need to exchange the bike for a different size. In certain circumstances, we can make exceptions to this and will work with you to find a solution, so please contact us directly if that is the case.
