Who is eligible for the Senior Program?

If you are a resident of a country listed in the TENWAYS Shipping Policy and you are over 60 years of age, you are eligible for the Senior Program after placing an e-bike order.

What can I submit as proof of identification?

A photo of ID, passport, driver’s license…… We accept any form of identification that is recognized by the local authorities. Please be rest assured that the submitted photos will solely be used for the Senior Program.

Are there any other things that I need to pay attention to when applying for the Senior Program?

Please kindly make sure that you contact TENWAYS customer support with the same email address that you placed your order with. The TENWAYS Senior Program cannot be used together with the TENWAYS Student Program.

How many times can I receive cashback from the Senior Program?

Each eligible person can only receive cashback with the Senior Program once.

Can I get the cashback when ordering accessories?

No. The TENWAYS Senior Program only applies to e-bike orders.

Can I get the cashback if I order from a dealer‘s shop?

No, the TENWAYS Senior Program only applies to orders from the TENWAYS online store.
