Getting Started

We keep the process simple and smooth, just like our e-bikes.

    Login to your TENWAYS account, or sign up if you don't have one yet.

    Click "Refer a friend" to get & share your unique referral link.

  • Step.3

    Whenever someone buys an e-bike via your referral link, you'll get 5,000 Rider Points as a reward!
    * Points are only awarded for valid purchases which are not refunded within 14 days of purchase.

What's the referral process to earn the 5,000-point reward?

1. Get your unique referral link and share with friends. Only valid purchases made through the referral link will unlock the 5,000-point reward.

2. To be valid, purchases made via the referral link must include at least one e-bike.

3. Points are only awarded for valid purchases which are not refunded within 14 days of purchase.

How does my friend get the €50 discount?

Make sure your friend opens the TENWAYS website via your referral link. A popup window will appear, showing the discount code automatically. Your friend can either note down the code, or click 'Apply discount' to apply it directly.

Why haven't I received the 5,000 points after my friend made a purchase?

Rider Points will be issued 30 days after the referred person places an order. If you still haven't received the points by then, please contact us: support@tenways.com.

How can I use the Rider Points?

Redeem points for gifts on the Green Rider Club page or use points for deductions on purchases (up to 10,000 points per transaction, equivalent to €100).

Will Rider Points expire?

Rider Points are valid for 12 months from date of awarding.
