Also ich bin bis jetzt nach einen Monat testen sehr zufrieden bzw ein Kritikpunkt würde ich ansprechen und zwar mit denn verstellbaren Sattel bzw das mit denn Seilzug und der automatischen absenken, naja es funktioniert gut aber leider geht er manchmal automatisch runter obwohl man denn Knopf nicht gedrückt hat. Es wäre super wenn man da noch mal ein update machen würde und noch was eine große Transportbox für hinten zum abschließen wäre nicht schlecht. Sonst bin ich sehr zufrieden mit dem Rad 🚲

Op zich na een jaar ben ik wel tevreden prijs/kwaliteit. Wel merk ik dat de voet problemen geeft. Deze is al 2x gebroken. Nu zijn de achterste spaken losgekomen. Ook het vermogen lijkt te zakken.
During shipping I was confused as the bike got sent in multiple packages and I did not have tracking details for all items. Also, the battery box was empty in the package I received first. However, when the main package arrived later in the week, I saw the battery was already pre-fitted into the frame. So all good in the end, however it could have been noted anywhere to prevent unclarity in the process at buyer side. Happy with the product :)!

Fantastische fiets, maar jammer van de kwaliteit op de lange termijn Ik ben enorm enthousiast begonnen met de Tenways Longtail — wat een fijne fiets! Het rijcomfort is geweldig, de ondersteuning voelt natuurlijk aan en het design ziet er modern en degelijk uit. Ideaal voor dagelijks gebruik en om kinderen mee te nemen. Helaas viel na ongeveer één maanden op dat de spaken aan de achterzijde los beginnen te raken en er zelfs een paar uitgevallen zijn. Ook het bagagerek, dat in het begin stevig leek, is los gaan zitten. Dat is echt zonde, want verder is het een fantastische fiets. Hopelijk pakt Tenways dit snel op, want met wat meer stevigheid zou dit een topfiets zijn.

My Experience with the Tenways Longtail Duo: A Mixed Review My journey with the Tenways Longtail Duo has been a mix of frustration and eventual satisfaction. While the bike itself offers a genuinely good riding experience, the numerous issues encountered during assembly and the slow resolution process have significantly marred my overall impression. Let's start with the positives: Once assembled and properly adjusted, the Tenways Longtail Duo is a joy to ride. Its performance is quite good, and I'm confident it will serve its purpose well as a cargo bike for my family. However, getting to this point has been an uphill battle, primarily due to several critical problems and a less-than-ideal support experience. The initial unboxing was promising, as the delivery was on time. This positive quickly faded with the assembly process. The provided manual's instructions were incomplete and unclear, compounded by a complete lack of helpful video tutorials. This made tasks like handlebar installation unnecessarily difficult; frankly, I would never have gotten it right without the help of a local bike shop, an expense I believe Tenways should cover. A major concern arose with the child seat installation. For a longtail bike designed specifically for carrying children, the manual's complete absence of instructions on how to remove the cushion and install a child seat is a significant oversight and a potential safety hazard. My initial incorrect installation, leading to the cushion base detaching during braking, highlights the critical need for clear guidance here. Beyond the assembly issues, the bike arrived with defects. The bike seat was slipped out of place upon arrival, and the cables on the left side were partially damaged, with a less-than-ideal recommendation from support to simply "duct tape" them. Perhaps the most frustrating aspect has been the slow pace of problem resolution. Dealing with multiple issues like the wobbly handlebar, the defective seat, and the damaged cables, coupled with the critical lack of child seat instructions, has been exhausting. The need to repeatedly follow up and the time it has taken to address these concerns has severely impacted my perception of Tenways' customer service. In conclusion, while the Tenways Longtail Duo is a well-performing bike once operational, the significant challenges during initial setup, the product defects, and the protracted support process have made this a suboptimal purchase experience. Moving forward, I hope Tenways addresses these fundamental issues to ensure future customers don't face similar frustrations.

The bike is great from its components, but some things are still not perfect: handlebar angle is too steep for long legs, so I need to switch it. Saddle post is not really long enough for 195cm guys - and the smart connect module was not working fine in the beginning as well. I have dismounted the front luggage basked as my office bag was not fitting inside - but the belt, brakes, tires etc are totally fine!

Is it true that the max weight at the rear is 50kg? My children of 3 en 5 are to heavy then already for this bike. So the children on the photo’s must to heavy ass well? Sounds weird to me for a ‘family bike’.
