Nice and compact e-bike
We love these fun bikes, bought them as ‘beach-bikes’ to be used by the whole family to go to the beach and back from our holiday home. They are light, easy to use, versatile in use and practical to be stored. We bought two at the same time and the kids (and we all) love them.
Fantastic Bike, with a hurtful Construction error. The Bike is fantastic, the performance too. unfortunate the installation of the Brakehandles can cause significent damage to your finger if you hold the sides of the handlebars to close.
The Tenways CGO Compact is the ideal bike for the city. I’m thrilled with it. Highly recommended. Regards, Rainer T.
Im very happy with this bike! I am 148 cm and it works for me. I just need sneakers with thick soles and im good to go. I also bought black pvc stickers to pimp my bike 🥰
Love it
very good
I recommend this extravagant, durable, fine-lined, resistant model that comes with a professional Customer Support & Technical Service involved in all customer issues, and in the Tenways app downloaded to your phone you will find the high-quality Tenways Accessories: Tenways protective and entertainment helmet, phone holder, anti-theft, PowerBank, bags, etc.! I recommend the Tenways company!🫡🇷🇴🌍🚲
Simply the best bike ever!!! Considering getting another one!!
My first ebike and overall happy with the purchase. The riding experience is very smooth, acceleration and deceleration feel very natural, responsive breaks. Good performance on some (moderate) slopes, when riding through the city bridges as well as the bigger ones going through highways outside the city. Assembly was rather easy except for a part in the manual with a big note on how important the correct setup of the quick release step is, only to find out through the customer service that only some bikes have it and you’re meant to skip that so very crucial step and move to the next page with the alternative setup. Bike has a pleasant aesthetic. If nitpicking, the display is not very eye pleasing to me. I am also somewhat disappointed by the lack of a carrier when the website says “standard installation points compatible with a wide range of products”. Guess what, after extensive research and reaching out to the customer service, no fully compatible carrier found. I now have a rather pricey from basket installed on the handle post (reducing range of adjustment and of course covering the front light) as handle bar is already quite busy. There is also no battery socket cover, unlike for the CGO 600. On the app side, not much to say, after about 200km it still does not show any estimated range though. Throughout the process, customer service has been super responsive and helpful. Last but not least, another positive is the wider service center availability (brought it to a Tenways official service partner for installing the ring lock which required some tricks given the more “chuncky” tire) Overall, very happy with the bike so far, just missing a couple things that would make it outstandingly great ;)
Ich habe das Fahrrad seit 3 Wochen , es fährt sich sehr gut, es hat für mich ein sehr gutes händling! Ich bin begeistert !
Extremely satisfied with my new e-bike. It is confortable, light and very stylish
