What you will do:
- Assist with offline sales team in checking sales orders, managing accounts
- Communicate with major accounts on preorders and update delivery date, new product info, up selling accessories etc
- Update stock information to sales team and follow up with everyone’s monthly sales targets
- Prepare weekly sales report of country/sales analysis, ad-hoc excel analysis reports on Sales Orders
- Optimize sales operation related process and system workflow
What you will bring:
- Proactive in communicating and looking for solutions with different departments
- Proficient in using Excel (pivot table, Vlookup, charts..)
- Preferably with basic coding training experience to understand ERP system in deeper level
- Positive energy and attention to details
- Full time office work
