Quel entretien nécessite la transmission par courroie du CGO600 ?
La transmission par courroie à vitesse unique demande peu d’attention au quotidien. Elle fonctionne silencieusement et ne nécessite pas de lubrification régulière comme une chaîne traditionnelle.
Le CGO600 peut-il assurer les trajets quotidiens avec une seule charge ?
Le CGO600 offre jusqu’à 70 km d’autonomie, ce qui le rend parfaitement adapté aux trajets domicile-travail, aux courses et aux déplacements urbains quotidiens.
L’assistance du moteur paraît-elle naturelle ?
Le capteur de couple adapte l’assistance à votre effort de pédalage, assurant une réponse fluide et intuitive au démarrage, pendant l’accélération et dans la circulation.
Que dois-je faire si mon vélo électrique doit être réparé ?
Pour toute réparation, contactez toujours d’abord l’assistance TENWAYS à l’adresse support@tenways.com. Notre équipe propose des solutions de réparation flexibles afin de faire réparer votre vélo électrique aussi rapidement et facilement que possible.
Nous commencerons par diagnostiquer le problème et vous proposer des solutions. Cela peut inclure l’envoi de pièces de rechange accompagnées de guides d’installation vidéo, notamment pour les composants électroniques tels que le moteur, la batterie, l’écran, le capteur, l’éclairage ou le contrôleur.
Si notre équipe d’assistance estime que cela est nécessaire, vous pouvez apporter votre vélo électrique :
À un atelier de réparation de vélos local pour le faire réparer ou faire installer la pièce de rechange.
Dans l’un de nos centres d’assistance agréés. Vous devez toutefois prendre rendez-vous au préalable. Sans rendez-vous, le centre d’assistance refusera de vous prendre en charge.

1. Contactez toujours l’assistance TENWAYS avant d’entreprendre toute démarche de réparation.
2. Comme les vélos électriques TENWAYS utilisent principalement des composants standard, ils peuvent être réparés dans la plupart des ateliers de vélos locaux.
3. Pendant la période de garantie, TENWAYS remboursera les frais de main-d’œuvre admissibles pour l’installation de pièces de rechange TENWAYS approuvées dans un atelier de vélos local.

Jeg har d. d samlet min CGO600 N. E og alt ser meget fint ud, tillige har været tilstede for samlingen 💯. Jeg bøvlede lidt med fastgørelsen af forskærm/lygte og deres indstilling🤗...flytter forskærmens beslag på "bagsiden af kron hovedet, det hjalp. The CGO600 is an amazing bike that looks pretty non-electric, which I like about it! Accelerates fast and feels in control. The only negative point I could make is the low handlebar which you can't adjust in height. Due to my bodylength I would prefer it a bit higher. I ordered a stem riser to fix this.

Absolutely nice bike, very funny!
Ich fahre das CGO600 jetzt seit ca. 1.000 km und bin bislang super zufrieden. Die Lieferung war pünktlich und ohne Transportschäden. Die Montage war easy und sollte jeder leicht hinbekommen. Ansonsten erfüllt das Rad meine Erwartungen und wenn in Zukunft mal etwas sein sollte, gibt es in der Nähe einen Fachhandel, der Tenways Räder annimmt und repariert.

I bought a cgo600. The setup manual is super outdated and not specific/clear at all. the order in which you have to setup the bike is not logical at all and does not even match the video. Also the handlebar is super low and can not be adjusted, i have long arms and good posture so im fine but it can definitely be annoying. The bike is very light, fast and sleek-looking though. overral a 4 out of 5, i would recommend it but they definitely should tweak some things on the bike first.

Everything is as it is promised: looks fantastic, lighweight, clean (no chain oil). The one speed belt drive together with the motor is enough for moderate climbs too in the hills of Buda (of Budapest) and it’s comfortable to ride at between 25-30 km/h without the motor on flat terrain (if your are not afraid of using your muscles a bit). In the past 8 years I mainly used electrical scooters for commuting, but this is much more fun and safer compared to the e-scotter: bigger wheels, strong brakes and it’s also good to have some padeling (after 25 years – I’m 52 now and haven’t ridden for decades). It’s also quite possible to use it for weekend gravel excursions too. For comfort I have installed a suspension seat post and I’m planning to change the handlebar stem to a 30° one as the default posture is a bit too sporty for me (the handlebar is too low). The package arrived in 6 days after ordering to my address in Hungary.

Good bike. Nice design. Fits the purpose of getting me from Zaandam to Amsterdam several times a week. One thing I wish I could somehow tweak the point where the assist kicks in.
It’s a sweet little city bike and I really like it! I wish the handle bars were slightly alterable so that I didn’t have to hunch while riding. Great otherwise!

The bike performs better than expected. Great power from the motor, a really nice experience in accelerating and braking, and a great, polished application. The only thing, but I think people are aware when buying, is that the battery is not to be taken out, but it's inside the body. This makes it lighter and a great companion, although the battery size could be just a tiny bit bigger. But a great experience overall. Would buy again. Definitely worth the money and great support!

Meine ersten Wochen mit dem CGO600 New Edition überzeugen mich vollends. Sehr einfacher Zusammenbau, super Fahrgefühl, wendig, leicht und fahren ohne Antrieb ist spielend möglich. Genauso habe ich es mir für kurze Strecken gewünscht.

I bought it for my son to use it for commuting to school. It is a robust bike, efficient and straightforward to assembly and use. The accessories are not very well thought though, for instance installing the front mudguard and keep it fixed so it doesn't touch the wheel is a bit problematic, a bit flimsy the way it is attached. Also, the head light is a bit of head scratching as it comes on the same screw with the mudguard. The the rear carrier is even more awful to install. Too many moving pieces, too light to cary someone; I know it was not built for that but my son didn't knew and carrying a friend for a small distance meant loosing a screw, the rear carrier fixing rods coming loose and loosing the rubber protection. Also, difficult to install and keep it sturdy. I thought it was sturdy and fix but once a piece is moved or disloged all comes apart. Battery wise seems to work fine, 5 days of commuting on one battery charge, aprox. 20 km per day. In general, a good bike but maybe too hyped up for youngsters, while missing some essential well thought accessories. Finally, and this is our fault because we haven't study the rider position, he would have enjoyed and more uptight position for riding and he already asked me if the handlebar can be raised. Again, this is a honest overview, in general it is a decent quality price product.

Installation was challenging, especially the front wheel, which I couldn’t manage to make it correctly yet Other than this all is good, the bike is great and light

The front wheel is not easy to align. It would be good with some explanations or better illustrations of how to fix that.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit mein e bike es fährt sich top und gut man kommt überall hin wirklich top!
Great E-Bike, it drives like a sportscar and feels fantastic. The torque sensor is a game changer. I do wish they would use DHL instead of FedEx, they are terrible, no correct info and my package had several big dents and holes all over, luckely the bike was fine.
Très bon et beau vélo. Un regret sur le cg 600, pas de possibilité de remonter potence ...et je suis un peu trop couché sur le velo...pas idéal pour rouler en ville.
