Great buying experience on the website, eager to receive it
Das E-Bike fährt sich super! Sieht total cool aus und hat ein paar coole Zusatzfunktionen. Ich bin total zufrieden mit dem Rad. Einziger negativer Aspekt ist, dass der Sattel und die Sattelstütze keine Federung haben, da das Rad auf unebenen Oberflächen doch sehr hart ist. Ansonsten einfach ein super Fahrrad!!

Schick und funktional
Super Fahrrad ....hab es jetzt ca 4 Wochen und bin super zufrieden....ich muss gestehen das ich vorher das Van Moof S2+S3 hatte, danach das Ampler Curt und jetzt das Tenways CG009.....Herzlichen Glückwunsch ....bis jetzt finde ich , Ihr seut die besten...super Rad....:-)

Ich habe mich für ein TENWAYS E-Bike entschieden und bin vom ersten Eindruck wirklich begeistert. Das Fahrrad sieht nicht nur sehr hochwertig und modern aus, sondern überzeugt auch durch seine saubere Verarbeitung und das angenehm natürliche Fahrgefühl. Besonders gut gefällt mir die harmonische Motorunterstützung. Das Rad fährt sich leicht, leise und unkompliziert – genau so hatte ich mir ein modernes E-Bike vorgestellt. Auch der Kontakt mit dem TENWAYS-Kundenservice war bisher ausgesprochen freundlich, schnell und hilfsbereit. Fragen wurden unkompliziert beantwortet und man fühlt sich als Kunde gut betreut. Insgesamt bin ich mit meiner Entscheidung sehr zufrieden und freue mich auf viele Kilometer mit meinem TENWAYS. Klare Empfehlung!
Die Bestellung und die Lieferung verliefen ohne Probleme: sehr zügig und schnell. Das Paket war zwar etwas beschädigt, das Rad war aber ohne sichtbare Kratzer oder ähnliches. Dank der guten Anleitung und der beigelegten Werkzeuge war es einfach, die fehlenden Teile zu montieren. Ich brauchte dafür weniger als eine Stunde. Die Programmierung ist ebenfalls klar und logisch beschrieben. Die erste Probefahrt war sehr gut. Der Motor reagierte wie erwartet zügig und die Automatik funktioniert einwandfrei. Ich habe nur wenige Kritikpunkte: 1. Die Schalter und das Display sind eindeutig zu klein. Die Schalter sind nicht zu erkennen, da nicht farbig markiert, und die Schrift auf dem Display ist zu viel zu klein. 2. Für mich als geübten Rennradfahrer sind die drei Stufen Öko - Normal - Tour nicht gut abgestimmt. Ich fahre eigentlich nur im Modus Tour. 3. Die Bremsgriffe sind nicht aus einem Gussteil gefertigt und haben scharfe Kanten. Diese drei Details könnten verbessert werden. Daher auch nur 4 Punkte.

Great build quality, looks very sleek, rides very smoothly
Also ich bin bis jetzt nach einen Monat testen sehr zufrieden bzw ein Kritikpunkt würde ich ansprechen und zwar mit denn verstellbaren Sattel bzw das mit denn Seilzug und der automatischen absenken, naja es funktioniert gut aber leider geht er manchmal automatisch runter obwohl man denn Knopf nicht gedrückt hat. Es wäre super wenn man da noch mal ein update machen würde und noch was eine große Transportbox für hinten zum abschließen wäre nicht schlecht. Sonst bin ich sehr zufrieden mit dem Rad 🚲

Ik heb onlangs de Tenways CGO009 new edition in het zwart gekocht en ben er ontzettend blij mee. De fiets cruised echt geweldig, het voelt soepel, comfortabel en heel direct aan voor in de stad. Ook het in elkaar zetten was een fluitje van een cent waardoor die een klein uurtje na ontvangst als vertrekkensklaar stond. Er was helaas wel een klein startprobleem: de verzending liep de eerste keer mis. Gelukkig is dat snel opgelost. Na een berichtje te hebben gestuurd, werd ik super snel en vriendelijk geholpen door Daisy van de supportafdeling. Dankzij haar snelle actie is de fiets uiteindelijk afgelopen woensdag alsnog netjes toegekomen. Kortom: topfiets én topklantenservice! Absolute aanrader.

Hey Tenways, I ordered my beautiful bike on July 24th, and it arrived on August 11th. I completely understood that you were very busy with shipping all the bikes, and whenever I asked for an update, I always received a clear and helpful response. What I found quite funny was that I had already received all the accessories, while the only thing I was still missing was… the bike itself! 😂 But once it finally arrived, I was very happy! It came in a nice, compact box, and unpacking everything went very smoothly. The bike was very well packaged and everything was in perfect condition. The user manual was definitely helpful, as was the instructional video. One thing I did notice, however, was that there were some minor differences between the models. The manual was for the CGO600, while I have the CGO600 New Edition. There aren’t many differences, but there are a few small details that are different. Other than that, the instructions were very clear. It is a beautiful and affordable e-bike, it looks great, and the control unit is very easy and intuitive to use. The only small issue I had — which I have also contacted you about by email — was that the front wheel was wobbling, as if there was a slight bend in it or it wasn’t properly aligned. I was told that this was caused by the transportation process. However, this isn’t mentioned anywhere, and I was advised to visit a local bike shop and then send the invoice to Tenways. I think this is a very good and fair solution, but perhaps there is a different way you could handle this in the future that would make the process a little more convenient and cost-effective for you as well. Apart from that, the CGO600 New Edition is the perfect city bike for me. It is fast, incredibly comfortable to ride, and just a pleasure to cycle with! Onze zoon heeft de CGO600PRO fiets gekregen en is er super blij mee! Accu gaat lang mee en de fiets ziet er ook nog stoer uit.
Fits perfectly on my CGO600 Pro. Needs a little push for a good fit, but that’s understandable because of the rubber material. I’m not really sure if it’s 100% waterproof because I haven’t got the chance to test it yet this crazy hot summer.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BRAND. 🚨 They take your money instantly, but you’ll never see your bike. 1 month delay, fake/broken tracking numbers, and customer support that completely ignores requests to speak to a manager. This feels like a crowdfunding scam, not a real bike company. Save your money and go to a reputable brand! 💸❌
Delivery was very fast, bike is excellent. Unfortunately, the assembly of front disc brake was very tricky and we did not manage it to assemble it without slight rubbing (maybe some lateral runout of the brake disc itself). Further, the bike came with a small paint scratch in the upper tube.

I bought this bike a couple of weeks ago, and everything has been great so far. It rides smoothly, feels solid and well-built, and has exceeded my expectations. The handling is excellent, it’s comfortable even on longer rides, and the overall quality is impressive. I’ve really enjoyed every ride with it and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and fun bike.

Everything is great
So far, so good! I'm really happy with the Tenways CGO800S. It's comfortable and convenient to ride, and the low-maintenance belt drive is a huge plus—no chain maintenance to worry about. The only issue I've encountered is with the battery. On bumpy roads, it can slightly pop out of the lock, so I occasionally need to push it back into place. It hasn't fallen out, but it's something that could be improved. Overall, it's been a great bike, and I'd definitely recommend it if you're looking for an easy, enjoyable ride.

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT YET!!!!!!!!!
Cycles ok, but quality is fairly low. Reminds me of the early days of Vanmoof but potentially parts are a bit cheaper. Only made for smooth grounds, otherwise it's quite uncomfortable. Battery needs to be constantly charged as it otherwise goes empty (probably because of smart functionalities?).
