Hey Tenways, I ordered my beautiful bike on July 24th, and it arrived on August 11th. I completely understood that you were very busy with shipping all the bikes, and whenever I asked for an update, I always received a clear and helpful response. What I found quite funny was that I had already received all the accessories, while the only thing I was still missing was… the bike itself! 😂 But once it finally arrived, I was very happy! It came in a nice, compact box, and unpacking everything went very smoothly. The bike was very well packaged and everything was in perfect condition. The user manual was definitely helpful, as was the instructional video. One thing I did notice, however, was that there were some minor differences between the models. The manual was for the CGO600, while I have the CGO600 New Edition. There aren’t many differences, but there are a few small details that are different. Other than that, the instructions were very clear. It is a beautiful and affordable e-bike, it looks great, and the control unit is very easy and intuitive to use. The only small issue I had — which I have also contacted you about by email — was that the front wheel was wobbling, as if there was a slight bend in it or it wasn’t properly aligned. I was told that this was caused by the transportation process. However, this isn’t mentioned anywhere, and I was advised to visit a local bike shop and then send the invoice to Tenways. I think this is a very good and fair solution, but perhaps there is a different way you could handle this in the future that would make the process a little more convenient and cost-effective for you as well. Apart from that, the CGO600 New Edition is the perfect city bike for me. It is fast, incredibly comfortable to ride, and just a pleasure to cycle with! So all in all: a fantastic bike! 9/10. ⭐️ Kind Regards Leon

Bonne qualité et belle finition. Le vélo est léger, efficace et très agréable a piloter. L'autonomie est suffidante, le mode Eco est parfait pour utiliser ses muscles ! Très satisfait de mon achat, pas de déception.

Fahre schon lange das CGO600 New Edition und hätte schon ein zweites gekauft, wenn Tenways es hinbekommen würde, ein 15-16 kg E-Bike zu bauen, auf dem man aufrecht sitzen kann und eine Lenkstange wie beim CGO009 hätte. Am besten noch <=1.600€. Bin sonst sehr zufrieden mit dem Rad…

Great lightweight e-bike! I recently received my Tenways CGO600 and overall I am really happy with the purchase. The bike is impressively lightweight, which makes it super easy to lift and maneuver into my apartment or through tight spaces. The riding position leans towards the sporty side. While this active setup is really fun and responsive for quick urban commutes, it might get a bit uncomfortable on longer journeys if you are looking for a completely relaxed posture. Assembly was very straightforward overall, but I would suggest that Tenways update their official setup video to match the newest version of the bike. A few steps and components differ slightly from the old instructions, which could cause a bit of confusion. All in all, it is a fantastic bike for daily city rides. I will be sure to update this review once I put a few more kilometers on it!

Fährt sich super, insbesondere das Mann immer treten muss um Unterstützung zu bekommen ist super. Nicht einfach Knopf drücken und Beine baumeln lassen. Abzug ist nur für das Ladekabelsystem - man findet nicht wirklich eine Option, um an ein weiteres Ladegerät zu kommen.

Great bike! Delight to use. But I highly recommend buying a softer saddle, your butt will thank you. Also, first few times your hands might hurt since you're leaning forward, especially if you're tall like me. The screen also unlocks via bluetooth, so you almost never actually type in the password, which is a nice feature. Build instructions were a bit too complicated, I just looked at the image and assumed what to do. Still a recommend from me!

Me and my girlfriend share this bike. I am 193cm and she is around 170cm. The positioning of the saddle works great. What we both noticed is that the position of the handlebar is too low. I need to buy an extension for it because we both get back ached

Tolles Rad (CGO600 New Edition), schlichtes Design, leicht genug, um es auch im Zug mitzunehmen und der Akku reicht für ein Pendler-Rad vollkommen aus. Besonders möchte ich den Service von Tenways loben. Schnell, unkompliziert und zielführend wird hier geholfen. Da sollten sich manch andere Händler ein Beispiel nehmen.

I love riding on my Tenways CGO 600 bike, action radius is great for travel within cities in the Netherlands. Having a belt drive makes the maintenance near zero.

Ich habe mir vor 3 Wochen ein CGO600 für die tägliche Fahrt zur Arbeit zugelegt. Tolles Rad, super geeignet für die Stadt. Zusammenbau war simpel ca 15min alles Werkzeug dabei, Beschreibung übersichtlich strukturiert. Erste Fahrt sehr angenehm überrascht, Handhabung ist einfach, fühlt sich an als ob immer Rückenwind ist. Beschleunigung zügig aber gut dosiert. Bisher bin ich sehr zufrieden, zumal das Rad auch ohne Motor gut zu fahren ist.

First received a bike with a dent and a damaged display. It took over 3 weeks to receive a replacement one which I had to fight for. Bike rides smooth, I´m hoping I will not have problems with it

In my opinion the cgo600 (new) edition is the best bang for buck you could get! Its performance compared to its competitors in the market is outstanding for half of the price. I really recommend this bike! p.s. you don't need to be a bike mechanic to assemble all the parts, with the instructions that come with the bike, this is a breeze
