Good bike. Nice design. Fits the purpose of getting me from Zaandam to Amsterdam several times a week. One thing I wish I could somehow tweak the point where the assist kicks in.
It’s a sweet little city bike and I really like it! I wish the handle bars were slightly alterable so that I didn’t have to hunch while riding. Great otherwise!

The bike performs better than expected. Great power from the motor, a really nice experience in accelerating and braking, and a great, polished application. The only thing, but I think people are aware when buying, is that the battery is not to be taken out, but it's inside the body. This makes it lighter and a great companion, although the battery size could be just a tiny bit bigger. But a great experience overall. Would buy again. Definitely worth the money and great support!

Meine ersten Wochen mit dem CGO600 New Edition überzeugen mich vollends. Sehr einfacher Zusammenbau, super Fahrgefühl, wendig, leicht und fahren ohne Antrieb ist spielend möglich. Genauso habe ich es mir für kurze Strecken gewünscht.

I bought it for my son to use it for commuting to school. It is a robust bike, efficient and straightforward to assembly and use. The accessories are not very well thought though, for instance installing the front mudguard and keep it fixed so it doesn't touch the wheel is a bit problematic, a bit flimsy the way it is attached. Also, the head light is a bit of head scratching as it comes on the same screw with the mudguard. The the rear carrier is even more awful to install. Too many moving pieces, too light to cary someone; I know it was not built for that but my son didn't knew and carrying a friend for a small distance meant loosing a screw, the rear carrier fixing rods coming loose and loosing the rubber protection. Also, difficult to install and keep it sturdy. I thought it was sturdy and fix but once a piece is moved or disloged all comes apart. Battery wise seems to work fine, 5 days of commuting on one battery charge, aprox. 20 km per day. In general, a good bike but maybe too hyped up for youngsters, while missing some essential well thought accessories. Finally, and this is our fault because we haven't study the rider position, he would have enjoyed and more uptight position for riding and he already asked me if the handlebar can be raised. Again, this is a honest overview, in general it is a decent quality price product.

The front wheel is not easy to align. It would be good with some explanations or better illustrations of how to fix that.

Great E-Bike, it drives like a sportscar and feels fantastic. The torque sensor is a game changer. I do wish they would use DHL instead of FedEx, they are terrible, no correct info and my package had several big dents and holes all over, luckely the bike was fine.

Hey Tenways, I ordered my beautiful bike on July 24th, and it arrived on August 11th. I completely understood that you were very busy with shipping all the bikes, and whenever I asked for an update, I always received a clear and helpful response. What I found quite funny was that I had already received all the accessories, while the only thing I was still missing was… the bike itself! 😂 But once it finally arrived, I was very happy! It came in a nice, compact box, and unpacking everything went very smoothly. The bike was very well packaged and everything was in perfect condition. The user manual was definitely helpful, as was the instructional video. One thing I did notice, however, was that there were some minor differences between the models. The manual was for the CGO600, while I have the CGO600 New Edition. There aren’t many differences, but there are a few small details that are different. Other than that, the instructions were very clear. It is a beautiful and affordable e-bike, it looks great, and the control unit is very easy and intuitive to use. The only small issue I had — which I have also contacted you about by email — was that the front wheel was wobbling, as if there was a slight bend in it or it wasn’t properly aligned. I was told that this was caused by the transportation process. However, this isn’t mentioned anywhere, and I was advised to visit a local bike shop and then send the invoice to Tenways. I think this is a very good and fair solution, but perhaps there is a different way you could handle this in the future that would make the process a little more convenient and cost-effective for you as well. Apart from that, the CGO600 New Edition is the perfect city bike for me. It is fast, incredibly comfortable to ride, and just a pleasure to cycle with!
