Notification on Charger Replacement

Recently, we were notified of a small percentage of our products, models CGO600 Pro, AGO X, and AGO T, that were sold between the date of July 15th, 2023, and September 15th, 2023 that may cause charging failure. If your e-bike is affected by this issue, we encourage you to take immediate action to have your FREE charger replacement completed at your local Tenways dealership or by contacting our customer support at support@tenways.com.

The moment we were notified of this problem, we sought to identify the root source and fix it. Furthermore, we have inspected all previous and subsequent shipments for this issue and we can confidently state that the problem was limited to this select number of products.

Tenways has robust quality assurance and improvement processes both internally and with our partners. We strive to share issues that arise with our products transparently with the public so that we would always be accountable for our bikes.
