I’ve been using the TENWAYS CGO600 Pro for a while now and overall I’m very happy with the bike. It looks great, rides smoothly and feels very light and comfortable compared to many other e-bikes I’ve tried. The electric assistance is natural and responsive, which makes it especially nice for daily rides and commuting.
I did have a few issues in the beginning, which was a bit frustrating at first. However, every time I contacted TENWAYS customer service, they were helpful and took the time to find a proper solution. The problems were handled well and eventually everything was resolved.
What I especially appreciate is that the support didn’t stop after the purchase. They kept helping whenever I had a question or issue, which gave me a lot more confidence in the brand.
Overall, I’m very satisfied with the CGO600 Pro and with the service from TENWAYS. It’s a stylish, comfortable and enjoyable e-bike, and based on my experience I would definitely recommend it.
I’m really happy that the new version of the CGO 600 has been released. The fact that it comes in my favorite color and has a color display makes it exactly the upgrade I was hoping for.

Ein schönes Compact-Bike für meine Frau. Fährt sich leicht und gut und der Akku ist design-schön im Rahmen verbaut und nicht als extra dicker Kasten am Fahrrad zu sehen.
Bike's great, it's everything I expected and more. It's feature set is designed very well, they kept things simple and straightforward. All the important features are usable without being reliant on their app. Features like navigation are also kept simple and thus reliable, it just forwards the instructions from Google maps on your phone.

The bike has excellent build quality, especially at this price. The bike is very stable on the road and across bumps with the fully adjustable front fork.
Assembly is rather straightforward using the information leaflet and demonstration video's provided.
The range seems to be very decent and as advertised at about 100km. We have plenty of hills in our neighbourhood which it handles without issues.
The Enviolo system is super easy to use and a great benefit. The range is excellent from the smallest to the highest gearing.
Maintenance should be light with the belt drive.
Brakes are decent. Lights as well. The front light being stuck on the frame is not ideal but it works ok. The light is bright and covers a sufficient patch of road in front.
Electronics are fine although it would be nice to have bigger fonts for some of the smaller numbers or an alternative display mode for those with reading glasses which you can't wear on a bike ;-)
The side stand is very sturdy and keeps the bike upright very well.

Ich fahre nun schon seit über drei Jahren ein CGO600 Pro und kann nur sagen, dass das Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis unschlagbar ist. Man bekommt nirgends ein so gutes E-Bike für den Preis. Ich hatte einige kleinere Probleme, die aber vom Support immer gelöst wurden. Ich fahre nun schon 7000 km mit dem Rad und es ist auch auf längeren Strecken ein verlässlicher Begleiter.

Es fährt sich sehr gut. Der Service ist auch sehr schnell und toll. Aber leider eiert mein Vorderrad und ich muss deswegen zur Werkstatt (der Kundenservice hat mir schon gesagt, dass die Kosten übernommen werden). Außerdem scheppert das Fahrrad immer wenn ich über Unebenheiten fahre. Ich vermute, es ist das Schutzblech hinten und oder der Fahrradständer. Ich hoffe, das wird besser, wenn ich den Gepäckträger installiert habe. Schade, dass nicht alles gleich einwandfrei ist.

Love the 'automatic' feel of the bike. Need to get used to the height, but in total a perfectly good bike. I was missing a part but customer service sent it pretty quickly to my house.
Versand ging relativ schnell.
Leider konnte ich mich mit der Spedition nicht austauschen, wann ein guter Liefertermin wäre, deshalb haben meine Nachbarn das Bike netterweise angenommen.
Leider wurde der Karton auf den Kopf geliefert, der Kleber löste sich.
Obwohl das Bike gut verpackt war, wies es schäden auf. Derzeit bin ich noch mit dem Kundenservice im Austausch bzgl einer angemessenen Entschädigung.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit mein e bike es fährt sich top und gut man kommt überall hin wirklich top!
My CGO800S bike got delivered yesterday. It took around 1.5 hours for me to assemble it. This was my first bike I ever assembled and manual was quite handy. The bike rides smoothy with a decent comfort.
Great E-Bike, it drives like a sportscar and feels fantastic. The torque sensor is a game changer.
I do wish they would use DHL instead of FedEx, they are terrible, no correct info and my package had several big dents and holes all over, luckely the bike was fine.
Très bon et beau vélo. Un regret sur le cg 600, pas de possibilité de remonter potence ...et je suis un peu trop couché sur le velo...pas idéal pour rouler en ville.
Nice bike, definitely beautiful. The ride quality is ok, getting going from a stop takes a bit of getting used to because of the lack of gearing, especially in the lower support modes. I did not really expect the comfort to be as low as I experience it. Don't understand why the power boost button is soo tiny and do not like the control buttons, they are a bit on an outer curve and too small for my fingers. Also ... why such a long delay when switching on and even worse on the power boost. I was expecting way more from this bike, especially because its the new and improved version.
The bike is beautiful with a smooth frame design and good components, generally speaking.
Assembly was relatively easy, except that the fore fork was rotated 180° and the cabling was wrapped around such that the left brake had to be taken off and re-positioned to free it's cable.
This rotation also led to the headlight to be wedged and cracked in the packaging during shipping. Tenways support was helpful and sent me a replacement quickly.
However, now I discovered that the rear carrier is NOT suited for MIK HD child seats! This is quite confusing since it IS a MIK carrier. The Urban Iki Junior I bought does not fit however. It does fit on the AGO-X with a MIK HD carrier. It is really puzzling to me why the CGO800S does not have a proper MIK HD rear carrier and instead something that does not support child seats. I'm looking for a solution now, either retrofitting (and thus fixing this design error by Tenways) or finding another child seat that does fit. The whole idea however, was to be able to share the seat between the CGO800S and AGO-X bikes :-s

Batterij is op 1.5 jaar kapot gegaan en op 2.5 jaar is de motor kapot waardoor de elektrische ondersteuning weg valt. Vanuit tenways zelf wordt weinig moeite gedaan om te helpen.
Absoluut af te raden om deze fiets te kopen.
Transport damage of front wheel. The Bikecycle handlebar is too Low and Not adjustable, causing back pain, Not your fault, but i would not buy any Bike online again.
Après des péripéties sur la livraison, le sav était réactif, et a toujours répondu présent, je dirai que le prestataire sur la livraison ( DHL ) a mis 15 jours au lieu des 5 annoncés. Cependant le vélo est arrivé en très bon état et il répond à mes attentes ( quelques réserves sur les poignées et pédales que je trouve un peu cheap, mis pour le prix ultra compétitif, il faut faire quelques concessions.
Je remodifierai mon avis après 1 mois d'utilisation.
De trapper is na heel korte tijd kapot. Deze valt eraf.
De accu gaat niet uit de houder, maar blijft vast zitten.
Ik kan hierover niet bellen met Tenways, maar alleen mailen. En dan moet ik filmpjes gaan sturen van hetgeen ik al in de mail heb beschreven. Erg klantonvriendelijk! Hierdoor duurt alles lang en we hebben de fiets gewoon nodig.
Ordering was very easy. After making the payment, I received the tracking code the following day. However, the bike was delivered with a buckled front wheel. Instead of offering a replacement, they require you to arrange the repair yourself at a local bike shop and then claim the costs afterward.
This is very frustrating because the repair shop cannot fit me in for another three weeks. As a result, I have still not been able to use the bike.
The front wheel is completely out of balance, I don’t know if it’s poorly a manufactured or something went wrong during transportation.Please let me know how we proceed from here: Do I get a new front wheel, or should I go to the local bike shop and get it repaired and you take care of the costs?
Das E-Bike fährt sich super! Sieht total cool aus und hat ein paar coole Zusatzfunktionen. Ich bin total zufrieden mit dem Rad. Einziger negativer Aspekt ist, dass der Sattel und die Sattelstütze keine Federung haben, da das Rad auf unebenen Oberflächen doch sehr hart ist. Ansonsten einfach ein super Fahrrad!!

Very nice bike has all the features you aspect from such a bike.
Super Fahrrad ....hab es jetzt ca 4 Wochen und bin super zufrieden....ich muss gestehen das ich vorher das Van Moof S2+S3 hatte, danach das Ampler Curt und jetzt das Tenways CG009.....Herzlichen Glückwunsch ....bis jetzt finde ich , Ihr seut die besten...super Rad....:-)
