Dit kettingslot biedt betrouwbare bescherming tegen diefstal bij een juist gebruik. Het wordt apart verzonden binnen 2 werkdagen.
Voeg een verzekeringspolis van Laka aan je winkelwagen toe om je e-bike veilig te houden. Je kunt een polis afsluiten in België, Duitsland, Frankrijk en Nederland. Na het plaatsen van de bestelling van je e-bike ontvang je een e-mail met instructies voor het betalen en activeren van je polis.
Alle vermelde productprijzen gelden voor lidstaten van de EU en zijn inclusief btw en verzendkosten. De prijzen kunnen per land verschillen als gevolg van afwijkende btw-tarieven en verzendkosten. Klanten buiten de EU dienen douaneheffingen, belastingen en accijnzen voor hun rekening te nemen.

De Cargo One weegt met de accu meegerekend 56 kilo. De maximale belastbare capaciteit (inclusief de lading in de bagagebox en het gewicht van de bestuurder) is 250 kilo. De bagagebox kan vrachten tot 60 kilo aan.

The bike is amazing - but the spokes of the back wheel continuosly break, despite calm riding, typically in curves. I hope Tenways comes around with a solution. Because every broken spoke means waiting up to 2 weeks for it to get fixed (at least for me).
I haven’t received the bike yet, nor any kind of feedback of its whereabouts. A week ago it was loaded into the truck, and that all the info I have!

I love my Tenways Cargo bike! Its large battery capacity is a major plus, enabling long rides without the need for frequent recharging. The belt drive is a fantastic feature—smooth, quiet, and low-maintenance compared to a traditional chain. The gear shifting is seamless, making uphill rides a breeze. Plus, the price is more competitive than other brands. I was particularly impressed with Tenways’ customer service; they recalled my bike for a free frame replacement, handling pickup and delivery from Luxembourg with ease. This shows how seriously they take customer care. My next bike will definitely be a Tenways!

It's a cargo bike that stands out. It's aesthetically pleasing and highly visible with the lights on. The cargo bed is comfortable, with a removable seat. Excellent brakes, and the bike's setup and adjustments are easy to change. It has a truly impressive range of around 100 km (average consumption 1% per km in real-world, experimental conditions). It's stable while riding and absorbs potholes and vibrations well. My cargo was among those recalled, and the company sent me a new cargo, taking the one I had purchased. Really impressive professionalism on their part. The cargo's flaws are: the durability of the bed; since it's made of polystyrene, I hope it doesn't deteriorate too quickly over time. It lacks a throttle, which makes it difficult to use when starting from traffic lights or when pushing by hand on sidewalks or small hills. There are some creaking sounds coming from the plastic parts of the bed. It lacks a rear rack (even among the accessories available for purchase on the website). The Cargo that was shipped to me had a replacement cover that was the same color (black) as the one that was already installed. - It would be nice if the onboard software could record your trip schedule and sync it with your phone when you connect it. If you don't always connect your phone, your trip schedule won't be saved. - In the first model, the side lights weren't always on. In this new Cargo, the side lights can't be turned off, even during the day.

Love the bike. It says fully assembled delivery, it is not. I had to add the front wheel, the rear reflector and peddles. It is also unusable on day one as there are no locks. Make sure you buy them in advance. Shame the pictures on the website make it appear to have a frame lock. The bike itself is super cool and very easy to use. I'd recommend it to others, just be aware of the two points above.
