The bike has excellent build quality, especially at this price. The bike is very stable on the road and across bumps with the fully adjustable front fork.
Assembly is rather straightforward using the information leaflet and demonstration video's provided.
The range seems to be very decent and as advertised at about 100km. We have plenty of hills in our neighbourhood which it handles without issues.
The Enviolo system is super easy to use and a great benefit. The range is excellent from the smallest to the highest gearing.
Maintenance should be light with the belt drive.
Brakes are decent. Lights as well. The front light being stuck on the frame is not ideal but it works ok. The light is bright and covers a sufficient patch of road in front.
Electronics are fine although it would be nice to have bigger fonts for some of the smaller numbers or an alternative display mode for those with reading glasses which you can't wear on a bike ;-)
The side stand is very sturdy and keeps the bike upright very well.

2 fietsen besteld. 1 was perfect, de andere helaas met gebreken. Dit is echter netjes opgelost door Tenways. Fietsen zijn geweldig. Fijne zit en degelijk materiaal. Aanrader
Hele fijne fiets. Wij hebben eigenlijk niks op te merken, hij fietst comfortabel, de versnellingen zijn super soepel, en hij is heel degelijk. Als ik een minpunt moest noemen, is dat misschien dat onder de 20% de motor minder vermogen geeft, dit kun je niet uit zetten. Maar een echt groot probleem is dit zeker niet!
I've done a little over 100 kilometres on my AGO T so far and it's everything I hoped for. A joy to ride, super smooth and plenty of assistance for my hilly neighbourhood. And it looks great (in midnight black)!
My only complaint is that the assembly instructions weren't clear enough for somebody like me who has zero knowledge of bike mechanics. I put it together myself but had to get my local bike mechanic to fix some mistakes. This probably isn't an issue for someone a little more experienced though.

I’ve been riding the Tenways AGO T (jungle green) for a a couple of weeks now, and overall I really like this bike – but there are a few details that could definitely be improved.
Design & looks
First of all, it looks amazing. The jungle-green color with the minimalistic frame and clean lines gives a real wow-effect. It’s elegant, smooth and stands out in a good way – I still catch myself turning around to look at it.
Ride & performance
The riding experience is excellent. The bike “just goes” – smooth, stable and confidence-inspiring. Gear changes are very smooth and almost instantaneous, which makes riding super pleasant, especially in the city. The brakes have a bit too much free play in the levers for my taste, but they still perform well once they bite, so no complaints about stopping power.
Display & navigation
I really like that there is built-in navigation on the display – it’s a nice touch for urban riding. However, it’s missing an actual map view, which would make it much more useful. Also, the trip data on the screen seems to be inaccurate: my rides of 8–20 minutes are often shown as 1–2 minutes, so time, distance and speed tracking clearly need some fixing.
But overall, having a display with a lot of info about your ride is cool!
Lights & hardware details
The front light on the basket is mounted a bit crooked – it always shines slightly to the left no matter how I adjust it. It’s not a deal-breaker, but it feels like something that should be better aligned out of the box.
Another small but important design issue: the small washers that hold the screws on the display and on the front light plugs tend to pop out of their seats quite easily, because the mounting for them is plastic. These are not just decorative – they are functional parts that keep the screws in place, so it’s frustrating that they don’t stay securely where they should.
App, PIN & unlocking flow
I’m not a big fan of the current unlock flow. There is a PIN on the bike, but you have to select the digits using the arrow buttons, which is quite slow and annoying in daily use. The another option, having to open the app to unlock the bike as well isn’t very convenient either. A faster, more seamless way to unlock it (for example, NFC) would make a big difference for everyday commuting.
Charging & noise
One of the biggest downsides for me is the charger: the power brick emits a very unpleasant high-pitched ultrasonic noise while charging. It’s noticeable enough that I can only comfortably charge the bike in a room where there are no people. For an otherwise premium-feeling product, this part feels out of place.
UPD: Tenways sent me the new charger right away and it charges perfectly silent. Amazing support!

Assembly can be done in one hour with two people. It's not too difficult. Build quality is pretty good, except the bell (can be easily replaced with your own). Riding the bike is wonderful. I just dont need the app, because I still dont understand what to do with it, i have no practical use for the app. Navigation is not working well, its confusing and somehow its not always working with the app. I would recommend this bike, price is right, love the build quality. A quality bell and a better navigation would make it better.

Ik heb de fiets zonder veel problemen in elkaar gezet en ben tot nog toe best tevreden met de fiets. Alleen heb ik tot twee keer gevraagd voor een duplicaat van de declaratie met declaratienummer die ik nodig heb om de fiets te verzekeren maar krijg tot nu toe geen enkele response. Al is de fiets vrij zwaar, hij voldoet toch aan mijn verwachtingen. Alleen de koplamp heel mooi in het frame aangebracht schijnt te veel naar beneden waardoor het in het donker slecht zicht is en in de gebruiksaanwijzing is niet te vinden hoe dit is af te stellen

Mit meinem ersten Tenways CGO800S war ich sehr zufrieden, leider ist es gestohlen worden. Bei meiner ersten Fahrt mußte sich das AGO-T am Berg bewähren was es auch zu meiner Zufriedenheit schaffte. Nach 52 km hatte meine Batterie noch eine Ladekapazität
von 19% . Ich hatte dann die letzten 8 km das Gefühl das mich der Motor nur noch mit einer Not Versorgung antreibt, ich stellte keinen Unterschied zwischen Unterstützungstufe 1 und 5 mehr fest. In den Unterlagen habe ich hierzu keinen Eintrag gefunden. Ich muss das bei meiner nächsten Ausfahrt nochmal prüfen. Ansonsten ist mein erster Eindruck positiv.

I have quite a lot of conflicting thoughts on the AGO-T. Let’s start with the assembly.
The box the bike arrives in is well designed and sturdy, but also easy to open. Good design, packaging department!
However, the assembly is *hard*. It’s not exactly an engineering degree, but I have a lot of experience assembling and handling furniture and tinkering around household machines. And still, I had a lot of trouble! The instructions don’t reflect reality all that well, they’re quite zoomed out, and it’s hard to see exactly which part goes where. Some things also come pre-assembled, although the instruction shows them in a more raw form. I also found it quite funny that they give you a whole empty cardboard box with foam fillers for the battery, even though it’s inside the bike. You also need an extra tool to tighten the screws on the display, because you don’t get a fitting one in the package. Oh, and changing the lights for the front carrier? Hellish experience. Hurt the skin on my fingertips more than playing an hour long guitar solo.
As for the bike itself, it looks and feels amazing to drive. I live in Aarhus, Denmark, which is a famously hilly city. And my commute went from hard biking to relaxed pedaling. No more sweatiness in the office!
The pros never end: the black finish looks great, the central frame design is extremely elegant, the display is pretty, and the additional front carrier makes it look extra cool.
I had some problems, however. The rear brake makes some scraping and clanging noises. Hard to say if that’s the fault of FedEx handling it badly, or if it was machined incorrectly. I had to book an appointment with the bike shop to get it fixed up, which luckily was covered by warranty.
The charger for the battery was also quite faulty, as it made loud high-pitched noises while charging. Luckily, it was replaced under warranty as well.
My biggest pet peeve? The front carrier and/or the screw holes for it are machined a tiny bit wrong. The whole thing is skewed to the side by like one or two degrees. Doesn’t make it any less functional, and it’s not THAT noticeable, but I just wish it was nice and even. It’s an eye sore.
So yeah, that’s the AGO-T. Pretty, powerful, a bit pricey, but also bogged down by a lot of tiny problems. Gotta give it a four out of five: almost perfect.

Ich habe 4 weitere e-bikes verschiedener Hersteller die teilweise das doppelte kosten aber ich muss sagen das tenways AGO T ist der Hammer ich werde definitiv noch ein tenways bike kaufen. Abgesehen von der tolle Verarbeitung und die top Komponenten die verbaut sind ist der Support auch 1A wirklich top. Warum ein e-bike für 6000€ kaufen wenn man für die Hälfte ein besseres bekommt.

Tenways AGO T my GreenMiles bike, first off all i orderd online, great communication they ship in two days great couriers, now the bike for me it drives like a Bentley or R&R love to play with the enviolo hub i love 🥰 the colour it has a little sparkle in it and in sunshine it can look a bit darker.If you want comfort and like to commute then this can be the bike for u, but always take testdrives! I also want to say if you have a question to support my opinion they react quick and do as they promise , i hope this stays in the future,.
One advise from my point when you think your motor does a lot off work in the pas 1 go to a dealer ask them to read out your bike and adjust the percentage according to your wish, but im a bit of a nerd and like to fine tune things. Overall a great bike 🚲 and i hope we make a lot off memories together in the future, have a great smiling day 😎

Tenways AGO T – Two Years of Riding Experience
I have been riding the Tenways AGO T for nearly two years now, I feel confident sharing a thorough review that might help others considering this e-bike.
Build & Comfort:
The AGO T is a solid and reliable city/trekking bike. At 32 kg it is not the lightest, but the frame feels stable and inspires confidence, even with loaded panniers. With the right bike fitting (in my case, adjusting saddle angle, seatpost, and handlebar position), the bike is very comfortable – I can easily ride long distances without hand numbness or saddle pain.
Motor & Transmission:
The Bafang M420 mid-drive motor is smooth and responsive, especially when paired with the Enviolo stepless hub and carbon belt drive. This combination makes for a quiet, low-maintenance drivetrain. The motor delivers up to 250 W of assistance, which is plenty in city traffic and sufficient for trekking rides. To go beyond 25 km/h requires your own leg power, which I find motivating: the AGO T encourages active riding rather than passive cruising.
Battery & Range:
With careful riding, I typically achieve an average range of around 60–70 km per charge. Charging is straightforward, and the removable battery makes this practical for daily use. For my needs, this range is sufficient to replace a lot car journeys.
Ride Quality:
The suspension fork, combined with wide 50-622 tires, offers a smooth ride on city streets and light trekking routes. I ride with relatively high tire pressures (3.2 bar front, 4.0 bar rear) for efficiency, but comfort remains excellent thanks to the saddle and suspension seatpost upgrades.
Technology & Data:
The onboard HMI is functional, but I also use additional sensors and apps (CatEye, SpeedBox, Komoot) to analyze cadence, speed, and efficiency. For most riders, the standard display will be sufficient, but for data-driven cyclists like myself, there is plenty of room to optimize.
Sustainability & Longevity:
Tenways markets itself as contributing to a cleaner environment, and I believe that holds true: most of my city rides now replace car journeys. To ensure long-term usability, I invested in an additional battery, so the AGO T remains practical for years to come, even as parts availability changes. With regular care, I expect to ride this bike for at least 10 years.
Conclusion:
The Tenways AGO T is a reliable, versatile, very good value for money and enjoyable e-bike for riders who want both comfort and performance. It is best suited for those who like to ride actively, value low maintenance and want a bike that can handle both daily city rides and longer weekend tours. With thoughtful adjustments, it becomes not just a bike, but a true extension of yourself.

Ich habe das Tenways AGO-T nun seit einigen Wochen und habe ca. 350km auf dem Zähler. Ich finde es ja gut, das mir angezeigt wird, wieviel Bäume ich rette. Nur wäre für mich viel wertvoller, wenn die Software fehlerfrei funktionieren würde. Zum wiederholten Mal konnte ich das Bike nicht mit der PIN entsperren. Nach der Bestätigung wurden immer wieder nur die Nullen angezeigt. Nach dem 4 oder 5-ten Versuch war zwar das Bike entsperrt, aber alle Fahrdaten gelöscht und das nun zum zweiten Mal. Das ist einfach nicht zufrieden stellend und frustrierend. In meinen Augen ist die Software sehr unausgereift. Sehr schade.

Since almost two weeks, I have been riding my Tenways AGO T daily (about 10 km) while pulling a Qeridoo baby trailer full of baby stuff, and it has been amazing!
Even on hills, level 1-2 support is more than enough for me. The motor is super smooth, the suspension handles bumps really well, and the saddle is incredibly comfy.
I also really appreciate how easy it is to remove and plug the battery. The display is clear and easy to use, and connecting to the app via Bluetooth to check ride stats is a lovely touch. Plus, the all-black design is so sleek and elegant.
Big thanks to Tenways’ customer service as well for their super quick and helpful responses.

My impressions after the first 300 km: I was able to easily adjust the comfortable seating position. The assistance builds up gradually and flexibly. A "smart" charging option (where charging would stop at 80-85 percent) would be a useful help. I miss the bottle holder attachment point.

Bought mine in Sept 24. Did 1000km untill now.
+ Enviolo works perfect
+ Comfortable driving experience
+ Good seat
+ Belt, brakes, fork work good
- battery small (in winter at temp -5 to 5 max range is 40 - 50km on flat land at gear 3/4)
- back carrier bad design. Can't fix a child seat, bags don't fit well (even the tenways' ones)
- very slippery tires
General opinion good. Most comfortable speed 18-20km/h.
