Subscription.

The basic subscription package includes your selected TENWAYS e-bike, an ABUS IVEN Chain Lock 8210/140, and standard delivery. Other services, such as theft insurance and delivery with assembly or Click & Collect, are optional and available at an additional cost.

Choose your preferred e-bike and subscription duration, then send us (student_subscription@tenways.com) your enquiry with the email template provided. After reviewing and confirming your choices, we will send you a secure checkout link to complete your first payment.

The CGO600 and CGO600 Pro have a similar frame geometry and riding feel, while the CGO800S features a step-through frame and a more upright, comfortable riding position. The CGO600 has an integrated, non-removable battery with a range of up to 70 km, whereas both the CGO600 Pro and CGO800S have removable batteries with a range of up to 100 km. The CGO600 is available in M and L sizes, with M generally recommended for riders around 160–180 cm and L for riders around 175–185 cm; the CGO600 Pro is available in M, L and XL, while the CGO800S is suitable for riders approximately 155–190 cm tall.

You may choose from 12- or 24-month subscriptions.

You can add insurance to your subscription package for €2.99/month. The insurance covers theft only. It does not cover total loss caused by damage, accidents, or other circumstances. Insurance coverage is subject to our Subscription Terms & Conditions.

The first payment covers your first month, and must be made upfront to confirm your order. This is done at checkout. You will then be charged every month after your subscription has officially begun. For more information, please refer to our Subscription Terms & Conditions.

The standard subscription package does not include maintenance or repairs. Unless covered by our Standard Warranty, you must bear the costs related to these services yourself. With Click & Collect, you may be entitled to yearly Scheduled Maintenance. Make sure to review our Subscription Terms & Conditions for more information.

Once your subscription has officially begun, and the 14-day cooling-off period has ended, you may no longer stop your subscription early without incurring additional fees. Please refer to our Subscription Terms & Conditions for more information.
