Many of our Tenwayers will already be familiar with the CGO600 Classic Edition, which has been a fan favourite among TENWAYS riders since its initial launch, offering a minimalist, lightweight design perfect for smooth journeys.

Our upcoming model, the CGO600 New Edition, features refined details inspired by everything riders loved about the Classic, offering a super-value e-bike that outperforms its class. It will be available for purchase on June 16, 2025.

What's new in the CGO600 New Edition?

Given that the CGO600 Classic Edition was such a hit since its initial launch, it might seem unlikely that the New Edition would have much to improve on, but there are a number of refinements that make it the perfect evolution of a fan favourite.

Sleeker aesthetics (without compromising practicality)

The agile frame the Classic is known for has been streamlined into a nimbler, sleeker design with concealed cabling that combines clean aesthetics with improved durability.

Though the CGO600 New Edition frame has the same geometry as the Classic, the newer design has a more refined focus, offering a more premium and contemporary look.

Most exciting, though, is the moss green colour of the New Edition, providing a nature-inspired shade perfect for the eco-friendly e-bike and its nature-loving rider!

Tech upgrades designed around customer feedback

Whilst the saying "If it ain't broke, don't fix it" is universally applicable, in this case, many of the improvements in the CGO600 New Edition are upgrades on features already loved and appreciated!

Additionally, the previous monochrome English-only display of the Classic model has been upgraded to a sleek, TFT color display that supports 7 European languages — it’s all of the appeal of smart tech without the overwhelm.

The CGO600 New Edition boasts a more intuitive navigation, with real-time data on speed, battery, and assist levels that make riding an instinctive breeze.

Safety-first

One glowing addition to the tech upgrades is the new, brighter 60 lux headlight, compared to the previous 50 lux front light of the classic.

Offering even greater nighttime visibility and drawing power directly from the rear battery, this is a tech upgrade that puts safety first for riders. The redesigned rear light also provides wider coverage than the classic, offering an integrated, modern look rather than a separate light attached to the seatpost.

The same fuss-free cycling joy

The simplicity and fun offered by the CGO600 Classic are still a part of the experience when riding the CGO600 New Edition, with a few slight adjustments to enhance your ride.

The advanced torque sensor from the Classic is still present in the New Edition, providing the same smooth and peppy riding experience for riders of all levels.

Rather than feeling a mechanical thrust whilst riding, you'll feel like you have superhuman legs with the instantaneous responsiveness of the torque sensor. You'll be gliding in style!

Lightweight design

Maneuverability and ease of movement are still a priority with the New Edition.

With a net weight of roughly 15kg, the New Edition is still in the same range as the original CGO600, offering a conveniently portable design that is as easy to pick up as it is to swiftly accelerate.

Clutched hub motor

One of the best features of the CGO600 Classic and the CGO600 New Edition is the versatility it provides for cycling lovers.

Whether you're riding with the power on or off, the MIVICE M070 clutched hub motor keeps things smooth and sufficient for flat city roads with a steady 40 Nm max motor, no matter your preference.

Belt drive

Hassle-free with reliable performance is the best way to describe the addition of the Michelin carbon belt drive in the New Edition.

The finicky and oftentimes tedious upkeep of a chain belt won't be an issue with the CGO600 New Edition either, as its carbon belt is more durable and low-maintenance.
