Our customer support team will help you cancel the order within 24 hours after receiving your email. But please be aware that your order might have been shipped while your request is being processed, then cancellation cannot be proceeded, and normal Return Policy will apply. Cancellation is not possible if the status has been “Shipped”. For these orders, normal Return Policy will also apply.
